Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Endeavour Holdings Limited for 2025 will be held at The BRIX, Autograph Collection, 2-4 Coblentz Ave, Port of Spain, Trinidad at 10.00 a.m. on September 22, 2025.
Shareholders who wish to attend, participate and vote at the Annual Meeting are requested to pre-register during the period August 22, 2025 to September 19, 2025 by filling out the form below or by downloading the registration form on this page and returning it to the Company at it’s registered address or by email to: info@ehl.tt.
Once pre-registered and confirmed as a shareholder on record as at the close of business on August 21, 2025, confirmation will be provided to such shareholders via email within 72 hours of the company receiving the completed registration form
